Proactive hazard identification, toolbox talks, and stop-work authority for every employee and subcontractor.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Adherence to Egyptian occupational safety regulations, client HSE plans, and international best practices on all sites.

Competent Workforce

Qualified welders, certified riggers, and regular HSE training including hot-work, confined space, and working at height.

Incident Prevention

Risk assessments, method statements, PPE enforcement, and incident reporting with corrective action tracking.

Scrap metal, consumables, and packaging are segregated and recycled where facilities permit.

Local exhaust ventilation in welding bays and controlled cutting practices to reduce airborne contaminants.

Spill Prevention

Secondary containment for oils and chemicals, spill kits on site, and prompt cleanup procedures.

Energy & Resource Efficiency

Optimized nesting of plate and profile, preventive equipment maintenance, and reduced rework to limit material waste.
